The Mauritian Archive Photo AI Art project is a captivating collaboration between Sabrina Tirvengadum and Mark Allred, two talented artists who have combined their expertise to produce a series of striking digital artworks. The project is centered around Sabrina's personal family photo collection from the 1960s - 1990s, which they use as the basis for their creative exploration.

Using AI algorithms, the artists analyse and manipulate the photographs, experimenting with collage and digital painting techniques to create unique and innovative artworks. The resulting images are a blend of the past and the present with historical photographs transformed into vibrant and colorful pieces that pay homage to Mauritius' rich cultural heritage.
